Stern Cockpit Railing

Stern Cockpit Railing

Postby Jim Carberry » Tue Oct 10, 2017 4:25 pm

Hello-
I have a older NT 26 # 103. I would like to install either a stanchion/cable or a solid rail around the cockpit. I would need access to both sides for getting on and a opening at the rear for the swim platform. Cables would close these openings. Does anyone have an idea where I could look in the Southern California area? I would think the system could be designed so that the component pieces would not be too big and could be transported via Pickup truck or even shipped. Has anyone got some ideas or done a railing system for a 26?

Thanks

Hi

Since you have more knowledge of your local area, try Google and with topic "Boat railing San Diego." I found quite a few vendors. Perhaps you can find one to meet your needs, even in the design. I'll wait a week and move this post to the Maintenance Section of our BB.

Best wishes,
